Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Submit abstracts only via the official website: https://nssa2025.com
- Submission window: 15 May, 2025 to 30 June, 2025
- All presenters must register for the conference by 30th June, 2025
- Non-compliance with guidelines will result in rejection
- One presenter (resident) may submit:
- One abstract for poster presentation
- One abstract for platform/paper presentation
- Abstract length: Max 250 words
- Upload format: MS Word Document

General Instructions
- Abstracts must be original, unpublished work with significant contributions from all
authors
- Not previously presented at any conference/CME
- Scientific Committee may reassign abstracts to appropriate categories
- Authors must commit to present if accepted
- All presentation-related expenses must be borne by the author/presenter
- Abstracts must be error-free
- Structure: Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusions
- All presentations/e-posters must be uploaded at the preview room at least 3–4 hours
before the session
- No use of personal laptops/computers for presentations
- All files will be securely deleted post-conference
Free Paper (For All)
- Must be original and unpublished
- Not previously presented
- Commitment to present if accepted
- Structured under: Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusions
- Upload in the preview room at least 3–4 hours before the session
Award Paper Guidelines (Residents Only)
- Original, unpublished work only
- Not previously presented
- Resident presenter must submit a bona fide certificate from the department head
- Structure: Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusions
- Presenter must be a member of NSSA – Join here
- If selected, full paper must be submitted for publication in the Journal of Spinal

- Format: PowerPoint (.PPT)
- File Size: 5–10 MB
- Only 1 slide per E-poster
- Landscape format only
- No animations/videos/sounds
- Include: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Acknowledgements
- Poster should be brief, self-explanatory, and well-organized
